Imagination and a few artistic stokes is all you need to create great cartoons. Shhh! Remember to bring in emotion into your pictures, this is what brings in life to your characters. Avoid copying characters, instead create your own.

Secret 9: Defining the Picture Area

Well! Kids now is the time for some important secrets – decide the outer boundaries of your picture and then focus of the image size and its position.

You can experiment with various backgrounds to enhance your cartoons. Remember, you are just cartooning and not into serious drawing.

Emphasize on the expression of your picture. Give the cartoons your own special characterization e.g. the appearance of the eyes, nose, etc.
